Our Bundls are non-refundable unless an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
In line with our fan guarantee, all Bundl packages are entitled to a full refund if requested with 24 hours of initial purchase. To do so, please submit a request to our customer service team with your name, email address used to make the booking and the booking reference number and we will look into the enquiry.

You may be entitled to a refund if your original event was rescheduled. If you did not book directly through Bundl, please contact your ticketing agent directly to discuss your available options or visit the refund section of their helpdesk.
Extra night bookings made directly with Bundl are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is rescheduled or cancelled. Bundl will get in touch with you if your booking is impacted by such a change.
