How do I amend the name on a booking?

You can amend the name of the lead guest on your booking up to 15 days prior to your check in date.

Please submit a request within our support centre with your full name, the email that you used to place your booking and your booking reference.

An amendment fee of £25 per change will be charged. No amendments will be possible within 15 days prior to your check in date. We cannot accept name changes over the phone.
