Bundl only receive the original booking names from the time of purchase, we do not get any further updates when you use the transfer option in the Ticketmaster app, or if you amend a name in your app on their site.
We will accommodate these changes for you, you will need to ask the original booker to submit a request through our support site and we'll work quickly to resolve this.
