Payment plans
Deposit plan- You can pay a deposit upfront and the remainder of the payment will need to be made prior to April 1st 2025.
Pay in full- You can pay in full at the time of booking.
Both option you will be able to pay by Debit/Credit Card or Apple Pay.
Refunds & Cancellations
In line with our terms and conditions and fan guarantee in the instance that the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We also offer free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, if you change your mind.
For any other reason you decide to cancel, you may not be eligible for a refund, but please reach out to our team to submit your request
Reminder - Everyone is required to have suitable insurance to cover their booking, ensuring protection against unforeseen circumstances. We advise obtaining this as soon as you have made a booking.
With all insurance policies, terms and conditions apply, so make sure you've got the right policy for you.
When will I get my tickets?
If you booked direct on Bundl, e-tickets will be available no later than 72-hours before the event takes place. We will email you to let you know these are ready to download.
I need special access for my tickets
Please contact us before you make your purchase so we can assist you with sorting out your tickets.
If you are in need of special access and you have already purchased your tickets, please submit your request to our support team with your name, email address, booking reference and the relevant details for the special access. We will then put through your request to the venue/hotel partner and get back to you with an outcome.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Limited changes can be made after a booking has been made, so please consider this before purchasing. For any changes please a submit your request via our support centre.
Room sizes
We currently have room sizes available ranging from 1 to 6 guests, please make sure to add the correct amount of guests before adding an additional room to your booking.
Extra Hotel Nights
You should have the ability to add extra nights if they are available via your bundl account area. If we are showing as sold out, or not available, we may still be able to assist you, please submit a request with the relevant information for your extension and our team will do what they can to help you extend your stay at the same hotel.
Currently we have Friday 13 June 2025 already available in your account area.
Special Assistance and Accessibility
If you require any special assistance or access requirements please contact us via our support centre prior to booking so we can help curate the perfect Bundl for you.
If you have already purchased your Bundl, please fill out this Accessibility Request Form and a member of the Parklife team will be in touch to help with your tickets. You will still need to contact us via our support centre to make any hotel Special Assistance and Accessibility requests.
Please note the closing date for these applications is Friday 23rd May.
