HOTELS
How many people in room?
We have rooms available for 1-2 people, with double or twin bed set up, where available. If you are purchasing more than one ticket be sure to select the amount of rooms you want.
Can I extend my hotel stay?
Yes, at the time of booking you can select your desired hotel stay by changing the dates on the calendar, subject to hotel availability.
You can also add extra nights to your stay, post purchase, directly in your Bundl account. If the dates you want appear as sold out or unavailable, we may still be able to assist. Please submit a request here with your desired dates, and our team will do their best to help.
I can’t remember the hotel details I booked, where can I find these?
Please ensure you visit your Bundl account, to view your hotel voucher, which will include the hotel name and address.The standard hotel check-in time is from 3pm, and the standard check-out time is 11am.You can also speak with the hotel front desk regarding the check-out time, once you arrive
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Refunds & Cancellations
In line with our terms and conditions and fan guarantee in the instance that the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We also offer free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, if you change your mind.
For any other reason you decide to cancel, you may not be eligible for a refund, but please reach out to our team to submit your request
Reminder - Everyone is required to have suitable insurance to cover their booking, ensuring protection against unforeseen circumstances. We advise obtaining this as soon as you have made a booking.
With all insurance policies, terms and conditions apply, so make sure you've got the right policy for you.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Limited changes can be made after a booking has been made, so please consider this before purchasing. For any changes please a submit your request via our support centre.
TICKET TYPES
What tickets can I select as part of my Bundl?
You can choose seated from specific blocks or dancefloor tickets.
What are 'Dancefloor' tickets?
Dancefloor tickets are for standing (or dancing) only, so you'll be closer to the stage than anyone else and free to dance anywhere within the area. Please note this area is not recommended for under 12s.
What are seated tickets?
Choose from a wide variety of seats at a range of different prices. Pricing is based on the location of the seats, but in the purpose-built arena every seat is a good one. You can view the availble blocks on the seatmap. Your seat number will be available in your bundl account and on your ticket, usually available the day after purchase.
TICKET DELIVERY
How will I receive my ABBA Voyage tickets?
Your tickets will be available via AXS, the official ticketing provider. You’ll receive a separate email from Abba Voyage when your tickets are ready, usually the day after purchase.
When will I get my tickets?
Tickets are usually sent out the day after purchase. If you have not received your tickets within seven prior to the event, please contact us.
What do I need to do once I receive the ticket email from Abba Voyage? You’ll need to:
- Download the AXS app in the App Store or Google Play
- Sign in using the same email address you used when purchasing your Bundl
Do I need to verify my email address?
Yes. If it's your first time logging in (or it’s been a while), you'll be prompted to verify your email:
- Tap SEND EMAIL in the app
- Click the link in the verification email
- Check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it
- Still missing? Disconnect any VPN and tap Resend
How do I find my tickets in the AXS app?
Once logged in:
- Open the AXS app
- Tap your initials in the center of the screen to access your Mobile ID tickets
- Your tickets will be ready to display at the venue for entry
Can I use a different email or account?
No. You must use the exact same email address used to purchase or receive, Otherwise, your tickets will not be accessible in the app.
Can I transfer the tickets to the rest of my group if I am the lead booker?
Yes, if you booked tickets for your group and you will be arriving separately, you can. Log into your AXS account, select the event and tickets you want to transfer, and enter the recipient's name and email address. The recipient will receive an email with instructions to download the AXS app and access their tickets.
What if someone transferred tickets to me?
Sign in or create an AXS account using the email address your tickets were transferred to. This ensures the tickets appear correctly in your app.
